A S&OP APAC is a regional organization/team to lead and execute the regional/country S&OP processes. The organization is highly and tightly connected with business and operations to close demand and supply gap through regular review meetings process, and therefor support the balancing of fullfil customer service level and minimize total cost.

What we offer

The Sales & Operations Planning Analyst will support the Regional and country level S&OP processes with analyses, data gathering & consolidation for S&OP review meetings and alignments with demand and supply planners to prepare for S&OP reviews. This analyst will also support S&OP process and reporting capability developments. Key Responsibilities Include: S&OP Process/Technology Improvement

  • Participate in S&OP maturity assessments and provide input into roadmaps to close gaps to desired state
  • Support the global and regional S&OP Processes activities to improve maturity in support of S&OP strategy
  • Lead key workstreams for S&OP process improvements
  • Maintain S&OP process/training documentation and conduct training
  • Act as the Key User of the S&OP technology; drive enhancements as needed, ensure stable environment and train / support users S&OP Cycle Execution Supporting
  • Lead/support the monthly Demand Supply Review Meetings, including preparing the agenda/escalations, coordinating content, helping to prepare the presenters, leading the discussion, maintaining the action log and follow up with action owners
  • Support the Leadership Team S&OP review meetings; agree on agenda/escalations, coordinate content, maintain action log & follow up with action owners
  • Collaborate with country and regional teams to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report S&OP data for decision making process to support business goals, including improved customer service, optimized inventory, and lower costs
  • Validate S&OP related data on a regular basis and perform reconciliations
  • Prepare communications on S&OP cycle feedback

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computor Science, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in high value industrial product sales / SKUs and compexity of networks
  • Experience in either B2B or Manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Highly numerate with ability to summarize and report conclusions in a concise manner 4. Education in supply chain or logistics management candidate preferably Skills
  • Fluent in english and mandarin
  • Professional Excel and PPT skills
  • Mathimatic modeling is plus
