  • Defining and driving standards to enhance the power and efficiency of customer-facing teams in APAC
  • Drive and execute channel management strategy and framework in the region following global framework
  • Support Tail management efficiencies including Eshop, EDI and potential new channel development
  • Equip our organization with the processes, tools and governance to enable our sales teams to strategically and systematically address the Automotive Comp market in APAC. The objective of the to-be-defined processes, tools and governance is to enable our business to harmonize the way we articulate our market strategy with project development, launch and production
  • Design and conduct deep-dive capability analysis and coordinate the programs to develop our high-performance sales team. It includes enhancing our CRM and other digital platforms and enable to structuring our Key Accounts strategies
  • Develop the solutions to optimize our sales efficiencies by strategically assigning


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required. Masters Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of previous technical sales experience within key automotive accounts is required
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • 3+ years of strategic marketing or related experience is preferred
  • CRM implementation experience preferred
  • 2+ years of international work experience preferred
  • Fluency in English & Chinese required, fluency in other languages a strong advantage
