YOUR ROLE


  • Take lead of Adhesives for Consumers & Craftsmen (ACC), including brand / category / product management, NPIs, project initiatives, marketing budget allocation / monitor / control P&L analysis and management, interface with regional and global marketing team for all categories related topics.

  • Develop marketing strategy by leveraging local insights and market trends as well as following global guidelines and priorities

  • Define & implement annual marketing execution plan, in close cooperation with Sales teams

  • Own and manage category P&L in order to assure yearly target achievement

  • Own and manage local marketing budget (L17) to ensure most effective investment within defined annual plan

  • Monitor and evaluate local market trends and work closely with Sales, Product Development teams to capture new opportunities

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Engineering / Chemical

  • Should have 3-5 years of experience in the Chemical/Construction/FMCG field.

  • Professional qualification in a related subject an advantage 

  • Language Requirements: Chinese (Excellent) / English (Fluent)
