YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for Adhesive - Consumers, Craftsmen and Construction business in East China Region

  • Achieve monthly and annual regional sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders

  • Maximize existing business and seek for new opportunities both with existing and new customers

  • Coach and develop sales team

  • Development of strategies and action plans to deliver sales targets

  • Key customer and distributor management

  • New business development

  • Coaching and developing teams

YOUR SKILL


  • Bachelor’s Degree or above 

  • Should have 5-10 years of experience in the FMCG field.

  • Language Requirements: Chinese (Excellent) / English (Fluent)

  • Other skills required like preferable experience in flooring industry
