  • The role provides strong support for the business in cooperation with the Sales Managers, Key Account Management to meet the technical needs for customers and markets.
  • Provide a safe working environment for you and your colleagues by following all customer and Henkel safety polices and recording one safety walk around or safety observation in SHE com database (or equivalent)
  • Support value generation and quantification through "No charge invoices" documented in ACE including technical requests, customer cost savings opportunities as well as soft and hard VQ opportunities.
  • Fully utilize best practices such as Pre-demo and post-demo documentation as well as clear lab report documentation
  • Lead/Co-ordinate TCS team or directly support customers by providing best in class technical support for product recommendations, equipment (OEM partnership), demos, quality concerns, and projects.
  • Support new product introductions at customers by fully documenting product value and capabilities
  • Support customers' evolving needs by proposing one new product, innovation, or adjacency idea to management per year.
  • Utilize digitalization tools including but not limited to Pitcher, ACE, tablets, and Microsoft for day to day activities
  • Fully utilize internal training systems virtual training platforms to ensure continued education of self and team by taking at least one training per year.
  • Demonstrate strong alignment with Leadership Commitments by adopting at least one Henkel provided Hacks
  • Ability to connect and work with international TCS peers to exchange, adopt best practices and bring global TCS to the next level


  • Bachelor’s in Chemistry or other equivalent major with industry experience
  • Should have 5-10 years of experience in technical service, product development, or experience in comparable business and suppliers. And if possible, knowledge about adhesives
  • Customer facing experience
  • Organized and structured, with a strong motivation and a high interest for technical topics
  • Ability to multi-task with strong analytical and mechanical skills
  • Demonstration of project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Additional requirement:
  • MBA/EMBA preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Strong convince and influence capability
  • Rich team management experience
