YOUR ROLE

Own and steer global sales & channel excellence roadmap in the SBU
Develop sales & channel strategy in line with go to market strategies of key market segments; define and steer required implementation road map such as operational execution processes and metrics
Enforce global channel discipline through the establishment of KPI management with channel growth & development targets
Leverage internal sales & channel tools and processes (such as eShop, ACE) to increase sales force productivity and contribute to top line/bottom line growth
Drive professional key account management on a global level
Lead, build and continuously develop SCE team

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of experiences in different sales or marketing related roles
High analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Outstanding leadership and partnering capabilities within a consumer-focused organization
Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
