YOUR ROLE

  • Defining and driving world class standards to enhance the power and efficiency of customer-facing teams in the APAC region.
  • Equip our organization with the processes and tools to enable our sales teams to address the Automotive OEM market strategically and systematically in APAC. The objective is to enable our business to harmonize the way we execute our market strategy together with the commercial team and the support functions.
  • Design and conduct deep-dive capability analysis and coordinate the programs to develop our high-performance sales team. It includes enhancing our CRM and other digital platforms and to develop Key Accounts planning culture. 
  • Develop the solutions to optimize our sales efficiencies by strategically assigning our different customers segments to the most appropriate channel (including e-commerce, distribution, service strategy).
  • Execute sales & channel excellence roadmap regionally for the APAC and drive global strategic projects at the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) level.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer facing experience within automotive accounts is required.
  • 5+ years of strategic marketing or related experience is preferred.
  • CRM experience required.
  • Channel/distributor management experience is required.
  • 2+ years of international work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English required.
