In this role, you will support to business growth by providing new innovation product to Coating customers and maximize EBIT of existing solution for Coating in GCN/APAC.


  • New product development to support APP business continually increase, complete ADP project timely.
  • Provide support to APP on product localization with approval from Supervisor
  • RM saving (CCDB). Support procurement team to use low price RM improve existing products’ margin
  • Supply security of RMs
  • Work supply chain solve shortage issue and add alternative for key RMs
  • Manufacturing efficiency (on existing products). Work with production/engineering team to improve productivity or optimize the production procedure


  • Master’s Degree is preferred
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience in chemical industry
  • Fluency in English required
  • Other skills: Water based, acrylic, emulsion polymerization, or heat seal coating for film & paper, and coating experience is preferred
