  • Lead, coach, manage & motivate a team Sales Area Managers and sales engineers to meet and exceed sales and profit objectives for ACM business through project and account management, and optimum utilization of resources
  • Execute ACM Go to Market model for KSI 1 to meet short term & long-term objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to manage inventory days & A/R days.
  • Explore market opportunities and manage product portfolio to achieve profitable sales growth.
  • Identify market trends and customers developments, to address competitors’ activities and strategies
  • People development focus – Plan, implement and monitor (SBU) team members’ personal development.
  • On-going focus on succession planning - develop managers for potential positions.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Should have 10 years of Sales management experience
  • Preferred language: English (Fluent) Chinese (Fluent)
