The overarching task is driving and implementing standards to enhance the power and efficiency of customer facing teams.Focal point for APAC Channel Strategy, Framework & growth within the region. Drive and support strategic programs on sales and channel excellence regionally (tail management, efficiency, CRM & training)

  • Design & Implement regional distribution model and strategy in the APAC territory
  • Monitor distribution activities of other BU’s and create synergies
  • Distribution life-cycle management under legislation and compliance requirements
  • Steering e shop to be implemented to all countries and tracking global issues
  • Implement the transition of APAC targets and increase digital order rate
  • Support service strategy & customer segmentation towards regional customers
  • Another SCE implementation (eg. annual training, KAM excellence input, CRM support)


  • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Should minimum 7 years of experience in requires business & technical
  • Incumbent has a complex stakeholder mix reporting to Global, Managing relationships with regional LTM, close contact with Central A teams for AMS, Dx & pricing
  • Must deliver through others and influence with direct authority. Deliverable dependent on good relationship across sales teams in all APAC
  • Must be proficient in English & strong analytical ability
