  • Drive the business of Valeo and Valeo's JV in Greater China for Automotive electronics and E-mobility with closely working with global team and local team
  • Define customer roadmap with marketing/sales and subsequent roll out of products delivering on the commercial targets, driving the subsequent ACE projects to support growth targets - networking with other regional BDMs for global rollouts/best practices
  • Establish & Maintain relevant customer relationships in design centers, product, and process engineering centers, to drive the approval process and receive voice of the customer information for future developments
  • Develop sustainable pipeline for strategic cluster in China


  • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Should have 5-10 years of experience in Automotive or Adhesive
  • Preferred language: Chinese (Excellent) English (Good)
  • Strong communication skill with internal and external groups
