YOUR ROLE

  • Define standard A-China distribution operation and ensure adherence cross SBUs
  • Oversee daily operations and proactively mitigate risks in distribution business
  • Maintain overall channel healthiness via regular distributor audit at A-China level
  • Seek for harmonization on general terms and conditions with veto rights
  • Creates, maintains and improves processes and tools in distribution management
  • Continuously enhance transparency in distribution reporting
  • Organize and run A-China Distribution Council meeting -- Council Chair: A-China head
  • Update distribution mgmt. status to A-China LT on a regular basis
  • Participate in regional / global SCE projects as required 

YOUR SKILLS

  • 8-10 working years
  • 3-year experience in B2B channel management
  • End-to-end project execution 
  • Project management
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Problem identification with ability to develop solution
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Familiar with working process and organization set-up within Henkel
  • Result orientated
  • Fast mover with mindset to deliver result with speed
  • Critical thinking with courage to challenge status quo
  • Quick adaptor and fast learner
