  • Support product launch activities (cost estimation, align on product branding and naming, manufacture site selection, TDS approval, bridging gaps between business and operations etc.) 
  • Manage the list pricing for commercialized products, approve pricing deviation, initiate pricing adjustment. Support business/Marketing to set up new product pricing in alignment with the price of existing product and technologies
  • Prioritize raw material replacement projects and monitor the raw material change projects with no business disruption, protect existing business
  • Support innovation product launches with cross-functional teams, create product article numbers and drive the timely completion, coordinate new product forecast, and bridge gaps between operations and business
  • Support product article extension to import regions/countries, coordinate the critical supply issues and regulatory issues for extended product in the region
  • Coordinate the critical supply issue, quality issue and regulatory issue, help operations and supply chain to address the issues and mitigate the impact to business
  • Manage all the product change notice to make sure Sales and Customers are notified in a timely manner 


  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred, or business, MBA preferred
  • Good understanding of chemical manufacturing industry
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English required, and another language is a plus 
  • High level of analytical skills and deduction capabilities
  • Business/financial acumen with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving and self-motivation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and teambuilding skills
  • Able to work with personnel at all levels in the organization
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related functions such as product management, product development or operations in chemical manufacturing environments
  • Skills in Excel and SAP (or related system) preferred
  • Commitment to up-to 10 percent travel is preferred
