YOUR ROLE

  • Develop & execute global/regional Target Account strategy, focused on OEM applications that can use adhesives to improve their design processes, in collaboration with sales engineers
  • Analyze customer’s potential of full value chain & identify scalable opportunities Win spec in’s/approvals at Design Centers/ Flagship sites, while supporting implementation to local sites through sales engineer network
  • Steer joint innovation roadmap with customers & leverage USP to gain competitive advantage
  • Develop sustainable & long-term relationships with global/regional Target Accounts
  • Connect sales engineers around the world supporting global/regional Target Accounts, motivate & coach to achieve targets

YOUR SKILLS

  • Prefer 7 year or above working experience
  • 4 year or above sales experience with 4 years business development experience
  • Fluent English communication in both oral and written
  • Ambitious / Self-starter Skilled negotiator / value-based mindset
  • Comprehensive business acumen
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Willingness to challenge status quo
  • Strong project management skills
  • Preferred University degree in: Management, Engineering, Sciences
