  • To drive growth in Solar with APAC customers, providing strong strategic leadership to the sales team in APAC
  • Grow business by executing on Key Account strategies and driving excellence in Sales execution with defined key account
  • Responsible and accountable for targets (top line and profit) as well as overall customer satisfaction
  • Works with cross-functional Henkel teams regarding account strategy, team member responsibilities, expectations
  • Drives execution of key strategic priorities and ACE sales priorities
  • Continuously maintain, elevate, broaden and strengthen Henkel’s key relationships at the account.
  • Job scope contains: 1. Key Account Management (5%) 2. Building and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders (10%) 3. Deep drive new project in key account (5%) 4. Support and provide leadership to the regional KAM team, coaching and mentoring direct reports (40%) 5. Lead Business Development opportunities in APAC, building ecosystem partners to drive and accelerate growth (30%)

  • Sales Leadership and Strategic Key Account Management
  • Critical Thinking and  Digital sales skill
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field, MBA preferred
  • 5 years of Sales Leadership experience - Background in Solar, ideally from a Solar Module Manufacturer
