Program Manager Talent Development - Operations & Supply Chain

  • Become a part of our global team that supports the Talent Management for the Operations & Supply Chain department in the Adhesive Technologies business unit of Henkel
  • Lead globally the graduate programs for Operations & Supply Chain and associated processes
  • Manage and continually improve the graduate talent acquisition programs, onboarding, development activities and transition to permanent roles
  • Drive engagement activities to shape the worldwide Operations & Supply Chain graduates’ community
  • Upgrade and development of training and learning contents for the trainees
  • Active collaboration with the HR team for Operations & Supply Chain and Employer Reputation department
  • Attend on-campus careers fairs and manage marketing material and collateral
  • Monitor of the programs KPIs and targets.


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration (preferably supply chain, marketing, communication, or human resources)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience
  • International experiences preferred
  • Experiences in Operations & Supply Chain or strategy/communication preferred
  • Strong interest and passion for the topic of people development and graduate attraction
  • Advanced digital and social media knowledge (social media posts, picture databases, e-Learnings)
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Resilient and hold a high level of accountability
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Great team player with a self-motivated, creative, passionate, and open-minded personality
