Sales Engineer

YOUR ROLE

  • To develop adhesive business in Jiaxing and Huzhou City
  • Develop new customer, new applications and strengthen the cooperation with existing customers in his responsible areas in order to achieve the sales growth (regular customer visits, provide customer training, on-site production line survey, laboratory testing for customer, trouble shoot and all other sales and technical support for the customers)
  • Manage distributors to achieve business growth (conduct monthly meetings, regular join calls with distributors' salesman, provide training to distributor etc). 
  • Develop new market segment and new product to our customers (conduct exhibition, use sales tools for new product promotion
  • Work with Product Development colleagues to new product
  • Other office administration works and internal meeting/training.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good communication skill
  • 3-5 years sales experience
  • Technique background is preferred
