Job Purpose

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Vehicle Repair and Maintenance OES business in China to achieve long term financial and strategic ambition & short term targets
  • Develop and execute related key strategic initiatives across CN and align with global team, management customer relationship w/o distributor, develop new business by getting customer approvals
  • Lead and steer OES KAM, collaborate with functional stakeholders/eco system to achieve respective results.
  • Develop related KPIs ,resource planning to ensure benchmark organisational performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Lead execution to deliver financial ambition with end-to-end responsibility for all KPIs ((NES/PC%/L16/Private Label/Product Mix, etc.)
  • Ensure sustainable growth plan with OES customers through managing service model, developing new channels and getting new approvals, keep KAM up-to-date about VRM activities, performance
  • Lead transfer and scale of best practices cross KAM to achieve performance ambition
  • Develop technology & portfolio, account roadmaps, allocate people and budgets to ensure proper and impactful implementation on headquarter sell in as well as workshop sell out level
  • Lead and steer all team activities both upskill and collaboration improvement cross functions
  • Develop talents and related hiring/replacement, training, succession plans to make regional team ready for future
  • Keep necessary relations with key direct customers/channel partners

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong people management skill with a group of people, also has the capability to lead an aggressive team
  • Familiar with automotive industry have a basic knowledge about it
  • Strong communication skill which needs co-work with PD and SC team, also who can communicate with global team
  • Fluent in English
