YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for the administration of annual salary round.
  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising policies and procedures and communication with HR colleagues. Ensure all policies are timely reviewed and in line with corporate standard & local legislations.
  • Perform job benchmarking processes to ensure compensation competitiveness in job markets
  • Collaborate with other HR team and makes recommendations to HR business partners and line management in regards of compensation related inquires.
  • Support in global/ regional/ local projects, including global total rewards strategy implementation, JC bonus in CSOD, sales incentive plans review, etc.
  • Compile data for salary survey submissions and conduct analysis of results.
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of HR Total Rewards experience in MNC
  • Strong attention to detail and data analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • good oral & written English skill
