YOUR ROLE

Job Purpose

  • Lead and manage a set of strategic Innovation projects
  • Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with global SBU/SU plans and Inno Strategy, fiancial business plans, technical and customer roadmaps, positioning, risk analysis incl. mitigation planning
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
  • Identify potential gaps and develop alternative solutions incl. recommendations to Gate Keepers (Go, Hold, Kill)

Key Dimensions

  • Value of IPM's project innovation portfolio for AT APAC (with approximately 20 projects) = 20 Mio € NES@Peak
  • NPI24 (sales from new products in their first 24 months) depends on actuals launch schedule, typically 1 - 3 Mio €NES per year

Principal Accountabilities

  • Supervise project implementation activities 30%
  • closely coach project team members on their daily work using ADP process templates 30%
  • organize and lead regular project review meetings with team and stake holders 10%
  • regularly update on project progress, summarize status of project (clusters) managed 10%
  • assist with product launch in manufacturing and ensure quality before final launch 20%

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Management / Engineering / Science / Chemistry
  • 3+ year of project management experience (preferrably certified according international standards)
  • Preferably professional experience in Sales / Marketing / Technical Service / R&D Product Development
  • Fluent in English
  • Very good analytical skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative & positive teamwork skills
  • Strong positive "can-do" mind set and team spirit
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent and result-oriented mind-set
  • Enthusiastic change agent - ability to "sell" the ADP process internally
  • Capability to drive and influence with direct authority
