  • 负责协调第三方服务满足工厂需要(食堂、绿化、办公室管理等)
  • 支持HR做好厂级人事管理(不包括工资等敏感信息)
  • 组织协调工厂活动等工作的资源配合。

  • Key Dimensions 职权范围
  • 定期回顾第三方服务指标水平
  • 负责蓝领员工招聘和入职培训
  • 负责行政工作的费用预算和管理。

  • Principal Accountabilities 主要职责
  • 负责工厂行政方面事务的协调和管理,及时向厂长汇报相关事宜。 40%
  • 负责工厂的人事系统管理,包括入职、培训、岗位变动等。 20%
  • 管理工厂员工职业发展规划,做好各部门年度员工计划培训的执行追踪,对员工发展提供方案。 15%
  • 关注员工福利和关怀体系的建设,做好职工工作满意度调查,跟进市场信息变化,根据日常结果及时为管理层提供相关建议。 15%
  • 支持公司体系认证关于人力和行政管理的相关工作。 10%


  • Bachelor Degree
  • Administration or HR management Major
  • >3 years Working Year
  • Fluent English
  • Strong Leadership with excellent work enthusiasm
  • Good team work with the state-of -art skills
  • Abundant experience on admiration and HR
