YOUR ROLE
- Contribute to regional sourcing strategy with connection with cross-functional stakeholders at country and plant level.
- Develop subject matter expert of local market intelligenc to collaborate with regional team to drive for the supplier full potential.
- Build and maintain a multi-functional network of local staholders and support for execution of the regional and even global strategy at all levels.
- Provide leadership in local purchasing process with regional alignment and actively look for improvement opportunities.
- Lead local supplier performance evaluations and drive supplier improvement projects to enhance innovation, quality, reduce cost and improve service/efficiency.
- Idenfity and elevate areas of risk management and develop actionable mitigation plans with regional alignment.
- Ensure supply continuity and manages all critical shortages and force majeures avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES
- Manage together with the team all operational standard processes with the target to enable supply, secure supply, improve supply and verify supply.
- Drive the sustainability topic in responsible plants to ensure sustainable supplier base to meet corporate sustainability target.
- Optimize (together with SC) the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier service level, supplier quality level & raws / packs inventory.
- Experience with cross-country purchasing activities and data analytic skills.
