YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and execute sales strategy, business plans to achieve financial goals and establish long-term sustainable customer relationship
  • Drive sustainable growth in the Asia-Pacific EPIC market (Exterior/Power chain/interior/Chassis) 
  • Be responsible for Sub-region SEA Business Plan across four segments
  • Drive APAC EPIC opportunities in line with global SBU strategy in order to grow the business and support business excellence
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations
  • Establishes and shares customer intelligence with stakeholders
  • Delivers account targets KP, OSG and PC
  • Driving culture – creating and shaping an innovative, collaborative, and inclusive working culture
  • Coaching & developing people – create a highly motivated, professional and skilled team

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business. Master’s in Business Administration preferable 
  • Fluent verbal & written communication in English
  • Solid sales management background in B2B industry especially in the Chemical, Adhesive or Automotive-related industry
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial competencies: Pricing, Value Selling, KA Management, etc..
  • Proven experience to manage and drive a sizable (>30) sales team across different culture
  • Strong leadership skills such as Influencing and able to develop senior individuals and teams
  • Strategic thinking, proactive, and good communication skills. Strategy consultant experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
