YOUR ROLE

  • Execute defined key innovation and development projects and refine together with Marketing Strategy
  • Focus on new applications / technologies which are not yet part of our offering
  • Scout defined / pre-screened market opportunities
  • Provide input to strategic marketing process
  • Handover established offers to sales
  • Introduction of new applications/technologies
  • Market scouting for new opportunities
  • Refinement of go-to-market approach
  • Development of OEM / OMM relationship
  • BDM team development

  • Accountabilities (Time in %)
  • New application/technologies projects development and roll out 30%
  • Developing new opportunities together with marketing team 20%
  • Set up strong relationship/partnership with OEM/OMM to get more market leads 15%
  • Developing BDM team to the next level 20%
  • Working together with marketing/PD/sales/AE and relative stakeholders to move new projects forward 15%

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Business development capability, experience on sales or marketing or application engineer
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Project management capability; MBA degree preferred
  • It is L4 position, there are interaction with other region and global; high visibility in Henkel organization
  • There are good career opportunities to be sales head or KAM, or in other region or global
  • Can strength business development capability by working and learning
