What you'll do

  • 收集并能够独立把握客户需求，对策划方案有全局化的理解：包括创意、文字信息准确传递给到内部团队。
  • 与团队配合，整体项目把控，协助解决项目执行过程中遇到的问题，完成排期的监控、执行、检查等工作,确保项目保质保量按时完成。
  • 有整合传播思维，对各行业传播特性要求有一定了解，基于市场竞争与媒体环境，识别传播机会，转化客户要求，提出品牌营销计划。
  • 有扎实的行业功底和创造性思维，能够协助团队进行品牌营销方案产出（包括但不限于创意发想、策略输出、完整的创意逻辑、媒介传播等）。
  • 与客户做好沟通，组织参与各类客户会议，负责会议记录。
  • 完成上级主管安排的其它策略、服务及执行的相关工作。

What makes you a good fit

  • 全日制本科以上学历，广告公关、市场营销、新闻传播等相关专业优先考虑。
  • 3年到5年广告行业经验，丰富的品类客户经验。
  • 了解广告运作流程，有互联网广告或网站工作经历，熟悉互动行销者优先。
  • 熟悉整合营销全案需求、了解social媒体，对品牌传播有洞察，理解和沉淀。
  • 具备较强的方案策划能力、表达能力和项目管理能力，思维活跃，英语流利佳。
  • 有良好的服务意识和团队精神，较强的沟通能力、团队组织协调能力和执行能力，有团队管理经验佳。
