About this Position

  • Henkel Digital Business creates added value through innovations and technology with unite digital expertise, business process management and IT to drive digital transformation in Henkel.  We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant focusing on supporting our Henkel Consumer Brands business unit in Asia with expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistic Execution (LE) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) modules, along with hands-on experience in CRM and e-Commerce platform integration implementation.  

What you´ll do

  • SAP OTC & LE Optimization:
    - Configure, maintain, and improve SAP SD/LE modules (order management, shipping, billing, warehouse processes).
    -Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions for OTC/LE workflows.
    -Conduct user training and create process documentation.
  • Digital Application Management:
    -Support integration, customization, and enhancement of non-SAP digital tools (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, RPA).
    -Evaluate new technologies to streamline operations beyond SAP.
  • Project Delivery:
    -Lead or contribute to IT projects from design to rollout (e.g., system upgrades, automation initiatives).
    -Define scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    -Partner with sales, logistics, finance, and external vendors to align solutions with business goals.
    -Translate user requirements into technical specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    -Identify process gaps and recommend tech-driven improvements.
    -Monitor system performance and ensure compliance.

What makes you a good fit

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field..
  • Technical skill: Proficiency in SAP SD, LE,
  • Experience with at least one non-SAP digital application (e.g., CRM like Salesforce, analytics tools like Power BI, e-commerce platforms, low-code tools).
  • Certifications (Preferred):SAP SD/LE, PMP
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Preferred with experience on SAP WM & EDI.
