YOUR ROLE
The Digital Marketing Manager supports the shaping of the Digital Marketing Strategy which includes defining effective content pillars, partnering platforms and customer related platforms. The DMM needs to effectively support the respective brand teams to structure digital communication plans to deliver the brand and business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will leverage consumer insights, new digital trends and competitor information to develop digital creative ideas to deliver key KPIs such as Recruitment, Engagement & Retention.
Craft digital marketing strategies and programs that generate brand awareness, attract new fans and foster deep connections with the brand through smooth digital experience
Work closely with social agency to develop and oversee always-on social strategy and social content (as key driver of social calendar) focusing on brand, core products and relavant trend topics
Collaborate with ecommerce & brand marketing team to make sure on-brand voice carried on ecommerce platform and eventually help drive e-commerce sales
Improve effectiveness of consumer online experience through content management, adaptation and development of messaging, quality control and harnessing new tools/applications for digital marketing innovation
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
