YOUR ROLE

  • Finish daily GSA to achieve the sales target and KPIs
  • Develop 4 new distributor to cover Henan province
  • Cooperate/support and coach distributors to optimize the distribution channel
  • Grow and expand the business with existing customers and develop new application and customers in Henan province
  • Blank area coverage and development
  • Collect and analyze regional market and competitor information to support sales growth

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree in chemical or mechanical major is preferred
  • More than 3 years sales experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, positive & self-motivated
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Problem solving
  • Language skill-English (written and reading)
