YOUR ROLE 

  • Develop black steel and aluminum surface treatment biz of general industry in south China
  • Responsible for overall territory NES, Growth%, Margin% and money collection
  • Responsible for key accounts development and maintenance
  • Responsible for key distributor development and management                                                        
  • Responsible for team member sales excellence
  • Coach and develop team members 
  • Based in Guangzhou, responsible for south China 
  • 2-3 persons in directly report, with 2 Technical support (not in directly line).

YOUR SKILLS     

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
  •  Minimum 5-10 years of experience in FC/paints Sales
  •  English must be good.
