YOUR ROLE 

  • In charge of business growth of Henkel adhesive in target customer group of laptop and display market
  • Manage business to grow and gain share in existing customers via providing high quality services such as solution recommendation, price and contract terms/conditions negotiation, material supply planning and management, specs-in product and customer relationship management
  • Be responsible for new business growth in new customers and/or new models of product with customers
  • Support marketing and technical team on competitors intelligence and customer promotion activities
  • Demand forecast management and complaints handling
  • Work with the global account team to develop the key accounts

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Minimum 3 years sales or marketing working experience in consumer electronics market preferably
  • Proficient English in oral and written
  • Bachelor degree from Chemical or material related degree
  • Good communication, influencing skills and listening skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and high level of passion
  • Strong skills in problem solving and negotiation
