- Executes local sales plans in line with APP strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective growth opportunities
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
- Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account
- Maintain good relationship with current customer; provide technical support and service
- Exploit new business in Tape & Label market.
- Improve overall knowledge related to market analysis, products, application and selling skills
- Prepare the sales related reports and sales forecast.

- Generate new business by identifying & developing new applications and extend customer base by acquiring new customers or introducing new products to existing customers to achieve or exceed sales target. 45%
- Beat the sales target, secure new business opportunities by using ACE tool and providing on time and accurate sales reports to supervisor to cater sales forecast and contribute high project closing rate. 25%
- Make expected no. of sales calls (as specified in annual KRAs) and conduct workshop/seminars or customer training sessions (schools) for creating sales opportunities. 15%
- Provide first hand trouble shooting support to customers, coordinate with all related departments (TCS, QA, CS…) to enhance customer satisfaction. 15%
