About this position

About this Position

  • You will be part of a multinational and multicultural team of project managers that is utmost critical for the success of AM.
  • Exposure to the senior executives of the AM division. Opportunity to work and learn with the PTM LT. Build a strong network with many people across all AM SBUs and all AO regions.  

What you´ll do

  • Collaborate, drive and execute transformative projects at pace and scale for the AM Division.
  • Challenge the organization to “do the right thing” whilst using data to focus on the areas that will have the most impact.
  • Prepares summary updates for AM ExCom and other Senior Management, providing in person presentations when requested.
  • Ensure divisional input to AO and Purchasing on manufacturing footprint optimizations.
  • Organizes regular project reviews with Project Leaders and Key Stakeholders to ensure that schedules are correctly maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with production sites and other supply and operations functions, sales and innovation, product management and corporate communication teams Identifies gaps and roadblocks to successful achievement of project goals and works with key interfaces to mitigate risks.

  • Experience for product management, supply chain or project management.
  • Good Ability for stakeholder management, project management.
  • Familiar in the application field of consumer electronics industry, know well about KING will be a plus.
  • Business acumen and strong sense of ownership same as accountability.
  • Complex problem solving and time management.
