About this position


What you´ll do

  • Provide technical service to ensure total customer satisfaction through product trials, demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer audits, and conducting seminars for customers.
  • Provide technical solutions based on Value proposition; Prepare lab evaluation and testing report to customer.
  • Build up closed relationships with the decision maker in technical departments at key account.
  • Lead new Adhesive Development Process (ADP) project, coordinate new projects in different departments (Product Development, customer, and sales) and push the project forward.
  • Make proposal regarding optimum process design & product.
  • In-house lab equipment and 5S management.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or chemistry.
  • Personal computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE, Project.
  • Working knowledge of machinery adhesive applications, such as Structure Bonding, Gasketing, etc.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups.
  • Willing frequently travel in China domestic
