About this position


What you´ll do

  • Accountable for end-to-end ownership of the APAC product portfolio, including lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and optimization. Ensure product profitability, availability, and regulatory compliance in line with regional and local market requirements.
  • Translate regional and SBU strategic priorities into clear product portfolio roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Drive supply resilience, cost competitiveness, and sustainability, ensuring robust and scalable product supply across APAC.
  • Act as the regional product integrator, coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams across marketing, supply chain, operations, development, sourcing, and regulatory.
  • Serve as the link between global direction and regional execution, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making and trade-off management.

What makes you a good fit

  • 5 year+ experience in solid product and portfolio management experience, combined with strong project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex, cross‑market initiatives on time.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, using data and business insight to manage trade‑offs across cost, supply, performance, and compliance.
  • Effective cross‑functional communicator and influencer, able to work across cultures and regions, influence without authority, and operate fluently in both English and Mandarin.
