About this Position

What you´ll do
- Support Accounts Receivable Management activities, including email address clean‑up for statements of account and dunning under Company Code and General Data
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service (CS), Customers, and the Customer Master Data Team to verify and update correct email addresses and invoicing preferences
- Maintain and update records accurately in ARM SharePoint using structured data collection
- Assist in verifying preferred invoicing methods and communicate required updates to MD/CS/EDI teams
- Support the Bank transition by reaching out to customers to update banking information
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional communication while handling customer and stakeholder interactions
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
- Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP and VBA is highly preferred
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Must have attention to details and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
