  • Lead and develop a planning team responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and planning effectiveness.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus plans, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Own supply chain planning support for innovation launches, relaunches, regulatory projects, and portfolio changes, ensuring readiness and on-time execution.
  • Lead co-pack planning activities, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and product availability.
  • Collaborate with global planning teams and regional supply chain partners to proactively manage supply risks and maintain high service levels.
  • Own inventory performance across the portfolio, balancing customer service, Days on Hand targets, and Cash Net Working Capital objectives while driving actions to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including customer service, forecast accuracy, inventory health, working capital, and innovation launch performance.
  • Lead decision-making during supply, inventory, and commercialization challenges by evaluating trade-offs, recommending solutions, and driving timely execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and planning effectiveness.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus plans, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.

What makes you a good fit

  • 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience within consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or supply chain planning processes in a complex environment.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, inventory management, and supply chain planning best practices.
  • Experience supporting innovation launches, product lifecycle management, regulatory projects, or co-pack operations within a consumer goods environment.
