We are looking for a proactive and curious Marketing Intern to join our Adhesives Division. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, consumer insights, promotional activities, and market analysis while supporting initiatives that contribute to business growth and brand development.
You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, and develop valuable skills in marketing strategy, market intelligence, and campaign execution within a leading international company.
What you´ll do:
- Support the Marketing team within the Adhesives Division in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies for assigned brands and product categories
- Collect, process, and analyze market information from research studies, industry publications, sales reports, and field visits
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities
- Support the evaluation of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives against established objectives
- Assist in analyzing customer and consumer feedback through surveys, market research, and other insights sources
- Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional materials and point-of-sale marketing assets
- Support the coordination of advertising agencies and external partners involved in marketing campaigns
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and marketing performance updates for management
- Assist with marketing budget tracking and administrative activities
- Organize direct mailing activities and support the communication of marketing programs and promotions
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to support commercial and marketing initiatives
- Participate in store visits, customer interactions, industry events, fairs, and exhibitions when required
What makes you a good fit:
- University student or graduate, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous participation in internship programs, student projects, or extracurricular activities related to Marketing or Sales is an advantage - Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Result-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strategic thinking and curiosity about market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong collaboration abilities
- Adaptability, agility, and enthusiasm in a dynamic environment
- Continuous learning mindset and interest in personal development
- High standards of professional ethics and accountability
- Driving licence category B is considered an advantage
