What you´ll do:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned brands in line with regional business objectives and local market needs
- Own brand performance by driving growth in sales, profitability, and market share
- Develop annual brand plans, marketing initiatives, and commercial activities together with the Sales team
- Plan and execute product launches, re-launches, and regional promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and support innovation
- Analyze brand performance through sales data, market share, distribution, pricing, and campaign effectiveness, proposing corrective actions where needed
- Prepare business cases, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate the development and adaptation of marketing communication materials, including POSM, digital assets, PR, print, and advertising campaigns
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional Marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives
- Monitor and manage the allocated brand budget while ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Support local innovation initiatives and contribute ideas that strengthen brand competitiveness and consumer engagement
- Share brand strategies, concepts, and project updates with internal stakeholders and commercial partners
- Support the onboarding and development of junior marketing colleagues and trainees while promoting Henkel standards and best practices
What makes you a good fit:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within an FMCG or B2B/B2C environment
- Previous exposure to cross-functional projects or regional marketing initiatives is considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, and commercial execution
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Driving licence category B is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
- Strategic mindset with strong planning and organizational skills
- Initiative, accountability, and a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
