About this Position
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and reliable order experience for our customers. This position exists to make sure every order—from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives—is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. You will be part of a collaborative customer service team that works closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, offering opportunities to troubleshoot challenges, support cross-functional partners, and continuously improve the customer journey. If you enjoy being at the center of communication, problem-solving, and delivering solutions that directly impact customer satisfaction, this role offers both meaningful work and growth.
What you´ll do
- Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web
- Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
- Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively
- Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
- Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is required
- Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
- Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
